Self catering holiday cottage

10 Braeside Road Ballinluig, is a semi-detached self catering bungalow in a quiet residential area of a small Scottish village, just 5 miles south of the popular holiday town of Pitlochry. The property has recently been up-graded and now provides fresh, warm accommodation with the benefit of a sunny south westerly position with lovely views and an accessible location, ideal for touring.

To enable the property to be owner maintained, lets are normally Friday to Friday.

The accommodation is fully centrally heated and includes:


Sitting room with large double glazed windows having views to the hills. Good quality furniture, colour tv and video recorder and original pine floor. The sitting room has a large radiator and is very cosy, but there is an electric fireplace if necessary.	Kitchen is well equipped with modern units, including electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, quality pots and pans, iron, dishes, glasses, baking trays etc

Utility/dining room has a table seating 4, High Chair, automatic washing machine and central heating boiler.


Double Bedroom is a good sized room with lovely views to the hill. There are two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. This room has space for the Travel Cot	Twin Bedroom,with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Shower-room has large power shower, wash basin and wc.

OUTSIDE
There is a large area of enclosed gravel parking and lawn at the rear and a larger area of lawn with drying green to the front. There is also a small, paved patio area with garden furniture.
